Photos from our technical canyoneering weekend in the West Clear Creek wilderness. These are photos of Horsetank – Sandrock Canyon Loop. This canyon turned out to be much better than I had anticipated. The canyon is made up of several short rappels—the longest is about 85 feet—with several swims. The climb out Sandrock Canyon is a bit sketch. Especially if you exit the drainage too early. If you go bring your bug repellant. I had 56 mosquito bites.
