Dry Weave and Extreme Temps, Update
I took a refresher Wilderness First Aid course this weekend and specifically ask about the dry weave, high temperature question I previously ask in my blog on July 16th, 2009 : Dry weave and extreme temps.
The instructor said that cotton would be better to wear since it stays wetter longer and will cool your body down better. He said that dry weave will keep your skin drier, a thus more comfortable, but that you should wear a cotton shirt over it.
